Secrets of memory

This lecture explains about the factors influencing perception & retention (memory). Here it’s taught about the techniques of retaining and recalling the memory as and when required, i.e., the secrets technique of training the mind with respect to the perception of any information or event of the external world.

The mind stores the information in the form of picture, sound, feel (smell and taste if any). In this lecture different techniques are taught as mentioned below:
